The 2023 Dauphin island show was a resounding success

Thunderstorms rattled over Dauphin Island staring Friday night. The forecast said that they would continue into Sunday but when they would stop seemed to change from hour to hour. We did have a rain date for the 23rd but on Thursday night (the 13th) we had a club meeting and we decided to take a gamble and not cancel the April 16th date. It rained hard all Saturday night and early Sunday morning but miraculously the sun came out at 8:00 am Sunday. By 10:00 am we had the site set up and were registering bikes. It stayed sunny and dry all through the show. Hundreds of motorcycles filled up the parking lot and 75 Vintage bikes were registered for the show. Below is a preliminary list of the winners. More pictures will soon follow.
